- For chronically homeless single adults
United Council of Human Services
Services:
- Subsidized rental units for individuals living on streets or shelter in San Francisco who suffer from substance abuse, serious mental health issues, symptomatic HIV/AIDS
- Shelter Plus Care requires Photo ID, Social Security Card, and verification of homeless to enroll
- Waiting list is currently closed, but it opens periodically
