Sexuality disclosure to family among Black South African MSM

Among Black South African men who have sex with men in a sexuality disclosure study, most participants disclosed to at least one person in their families or assumed that they knew. A significant minority did not disclose. Families of the men who disclosed were either supportive, in denial, confused, or unsupportive in their responses. (A. Gyamerah, TAPS fellow)
