MSM/hijras for mobile health intervention to prevent HIV & increase quality of life for PLWH

In Mumbai, India, men who have sex with men and hijras (transgender women) expressed the need for a mobile health intervention to prevent HIV and increase quality of life for persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH).
