Most women prefer injections over tablets & vaginal ring for multipurpose prevention technology

Young women in Kenya and South Africa were asked about their acceptability of three forms of multipurpose prevention technology (MPT) that combines HIV and contraception: oral tablets, injections, and vaginal ring. Majority of women (62%) said they would choose injections, 27% would choose tablets, and 11% would choose the ring. (A. van der Straten, CAPS/PRC)
