Internet-based Delphi process found to be efficient for creating survey items measuring HIV care engagement

The goal is to generate survey items for a patient-centered measure of engagement in HIV care for use in future research and clinical practice. An Internet-based Delphi process of consensus building was found to be an efficient method for soliciting input from geographically separated and interdisciplinary experts. (M. Johnson, K.
