Household food insecurity may be an important mediator of the impact of HIV-related stigma on opportunistic infections (OIs) for women living with HIV in rural India. The indirect effect of stigma through reduced adherence to antiretroviral therapy was minimal for both the outcomes of OIs and fungal dermatoses. (M. Ekstrand, CAPS/PRC)
