As a former Research Scientist at the UCSF Center for AIDS Prevention Studies, Enzo Patouhas, Director of Client Engagement at REDCap Cloud, leverages a background in applied psychology to assist clients in optimizing data collection processes to connect with target populations and yield actionable insights.

Kyle Martin Flickinger, a Senior Vice President for the REDCap Cloud Operating System, is an industry veteran and a thought leader regarding study site selection, patient engagement and innovation adoption in RWE research. Mr. Flickinger will describe necessary site requirements for the implementation and operationalization of a global data collection and processing platform, including optimal scaling to study size, automated data flow from EHR sources and the alignment of stakeholder interests. He will also characterize what criteria are considered when potential study sites are assessed on their readiness to participate in a data study and share key insights about a trusted data steward model that allows the generation of registrational-grade datasets.
