CAPS Town Hall: Parya Saberi, PharmD — The Intersection of HIV Clinical Care, Research, and Technology

Parya Saberi, PharmD, MAS is an Assistant Professor at the UCSF Center for AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS) and a licensed HIV Clinical Pharmacist. Dr. Saberi’s research examines the use of technology to inform and improve research and clinical care for HIV treatment and prevention, as well as the treatment of other chronic conditions. Her areas of focus include antiretroviral adherence and engagement in care among youth living with HIV, identification of novel methods to assess medication adherence, and improving the HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis cascade of care. Dr. Saberi is the principal investigator of three NIH grants and one California HIV Research Program (CHRP) grant.
